" Chester Netball Club Loves Coacha "

Chester Netball Club has just over 300 members ranging from aged 4 to a lot older!!!! Managing our membership and financial records has been revolutionised by Coacha, not only is the system used extensively by the club management team, all club communications are broadcast through the system so our members are regular users too. This has been a great success and we are looking forward to implementing new and additional features as they come on line.

Coacha is a first class Club Management System which has transformed the way Chester Netball Club handles our club management and admin responsibilities, we have full visibility of all member records and the money management feature has provided the club treasurer with full transparency, these two features alone have revolutionised Chester Netball Club. We took advantage of the free trial period and quickly put the system though its paces, we were thrilled so decided to join up and implement Coacha throughout Chester Netball Club. We created the initial records using the spreadsheet loader then asked all members to update their own records, this was really successful and the response was very positive which I believe was to do with the simplicity of use. The Coacha Support Team is very responsive and we've found them to be open to ideas for development of new features. " A Fantastic Membership System for Sports Clubs "

Coacha's support is first-rate, staff are super responsive and helpful, which is crucial given how reliant we are upon our membership system. The extensive customisation options through 'Coacha Custom' are terrific for our club, being able to brand the entire system in our club colours etc is a nice touch, but the ability to integrate Coacha into our website to advertise trials/sessions is terrific. Ease of use: Perhaps most importantly, all the key basic functions that enable clubs to run are well-catered for and easy to use. Creating member records, sessions, tracking attendance, taking fees etc is all super easy. Continual Development: Coacha has worked hard to increase the product functionality, with multiple new features released since we onboarded including, 1-2-1 bookings, invoicing, public pages, club store, broadcast templates, skill tracking, and numerous quality-of-life improvements. 

I run a basketball club with several hundred active members and numerous teams. We moved to Coacha from a competing membership system around four years ago following a review of the marketplace. Feedback from our staff found Coacha to be the easiest system to use whilst meeting or exceeding all of our basic functionality requirements. 

 The basic functionality that clubs need to run efficiently is extremely well catered for by Coacha. It's easy to create member records, sessions, track attendance, collect and manage subscription payments, contact members, and even integrate sessions/events into your website via their public pages. Great Platform to management your sport club sign ups and payments  " 

Setting up was fairly easy for us, and whenever I had questions, the team was very supportive and helpful throughout the onboarding process. Overall, the customer service has been excellent, and the platform is working well for our club at the moment. We haven't received any complaints from parents, which is always a good sign! Keep it up, Coacha!

We are a small dance club called Konverse Dance Crews, currently running four groups. Coacha has been an incredible asset for us, offering features that help our club run smoothly. We can easily send out broadcasts for quick communication, maintain a register for student sign-ins, and track all payment subscriptions from our members. The ability to send invites for trips is especially useful for organising dance competitions or shows and seeing who is available. The safeguarding tab is valuable for reporting any concerns about a student. One of my favourite features is the club store for our merch/ uniform, which adds an extra layer of convenience for our members and staff!

Easy to implement, Sleek and professional looking. Streamlines our administration and allows multiple user to access information with clear restrictions on data. Very good. Attentive customer service - no matter how "silly" our questions. Ease of use for all our team. Customer friendly app and website. We love that we can have unlimited participants, events etc. We love we can have staff on the database and registers for attendance. Its great to have payments and participant information all in one place. We love the broadcast functionality - this is very useful for both organisation update and marketing and sales emails. We were worried at first about how our participants would react to having to sign up but they have taken it in their stride as and all engaged with the process well. I think this is because its so user friendly.

"Highly recommend, great tools for streamlining the whole business process"

Overall we have found it is very simple and streamlined our processes so that tasks are much easier to manage and track as a team. Having the functions of tracking all payments coming in is very useful and being able to customise this per athlete in an easier way makes it crucial to us as a team and saves countless hours. Keeping records for our athletes in a GDPR compliant way and allowing renewal of this and user customisation and editing which automatically updates for us is a great feature. Having events and fixtures in the calendar and being able to send updates and newsletters all from the one platform means that we are a more cohesive operation and allows us to do a lot of this without having to spend so much time manually entering details or having to deal with different platforms for everything we need. We would prefer more functionality on the app as this is the primary use for some of our coaches but the benefit of just having everything together is invaluable to us and has saved each of our admins and coaches countless hours already.

It is very easy to use for even the most "technophobe" members, it is helpful not to have to do user videos to explain functionality as we have had in the past. The ability to keep records of our athletes including medical details and registers in the same place as we can send payment reminders and keep track of all payments due and events upcoming is what we are most pleased by, rather than having a different process and platform for each task we need. This keeps it in one place and makes it very easy to use cohesively as a team.

" A very good start "

The setup has been a breeze, our members are already signing up and so far it's done everything we have needed from it. It also has a ton of features we probably won't need, but useful to know they are there if needed like invoicing etc. The service from the team has been second to none. Email support comes back very quickly with clear answers, and when I asked about changing something they were very happy to listen to feedback and offer solutions. Brilliant!

" Brilliant easy to use software!! "

I started by google searching club membership software and there are lots to choose from. I pretty much made my way down the list and if i didn't get a good first impression with the website i moved on as if the website was a bit clumsy or didn't flow well/ too complicated its safe to assume the software would be the same. Also theres a few American based companies out there but wanted something that related to UK businesses/clubs with UK support. I reached out to Coacha and tried the 14 day free trial and it just worked so well. I signed up and currently in the process of signing up all of our members and really enjoying it so far.

When i came across Coacha i was really impressed with the website it was nice and simple but full of information. looking through the features it ticked all the boxes especially linking up with GoCardless and something we never thought of but will hopefully use is the SMS through Textlocal. Another thing that stood out was the safeguarding in sport / GDPR and the efforts you have made to address this. We feel like the parents of the juniors at our club will really appreciate the constant communication through the software and the fact it is going through them and never the child directly. We have our own child welfare officer at the club and along side the software it really shows we are taking this issue seriously.

Overall , a relatively easy process and set up experience. The speed with which we were able to get this implemented for our business was impressive. Our staff and customers took to it quickly and now are fully conversant with its ease of operation.

" A brilliant and easy to use solution for Clubs - at a fair price "

Coacha has been a total relief. We were previously using MemberMojo which was extremely complex and required a lot of administration time to get working as we needed. It also had issues with billing and other areas. The team at Coacha have been there for us at every step. We have had the most amazing support - and we have been able to communicate with the co-founders. It is obvious that the whole team at Coacha really care for their customers, and they are willing to discuss enhancements for the whole Coacha community. They really have made me feel that nothing is too much trouble. Their openness and fair dealing are very refreshing in these times. The levels of support offered are the best in the industry. In my other life, I teach technology at the highest levels. I also have worked in technology at the highest levels throughout the world. This is how a product should be designed and launched. The support and the roadmap are great, new features are constantly added, the community has a voice (though there could be more options to formalise this) and overall we are extremely pleased with everything they do. If you run a sports club, this software will make your lives a lot easier - for very little cost.

Simple to use, easy to onboard, very easy to transfer from other more complex solutions which were not meeting our needs. The Coacha system has allowed us to remain in contact with our members during the pandemic and to ensure that we have been able to provide some services. As we return to normal, the software has ensured that our administration is quick and easy and we can get on with the work required by Club members.

Great software, solving many of our logistical and organizational problems as a business, and we would highly recommend it to others.

The best thing about Coacha is having all your needs for running a sports-based business in one place. The membership database is easy to use and easy for clients to sign up, and it's very easy to organize clients into appropriate groups and set up registers. Coaches can then use the app on their phone to fill in registers, removing any need for printing as everything updates in real-time. This makes it simple to track trials, moves, and attendance for all our members. Before, things could easily descend into chaos when managing a membership group of almost 500 people a week, whereas now everything is much more structured and organized. It's also worth noting how helpful [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is to contact if we have any issues or suggestions for how to improve Coacha.

" Time saving and safeguarding dream "

It solves record keeping and staying GDPR compliant. The record keeping and 'Broadcasting' system work brilliantly, saving precious admin time for the things I want to be doing.

Coacha is so easy to use, it cuts down so much admin' and it keeps my mind at rest that there are many layers of safeguarding. The website is so intuitive and well constructed that it really cuts the guess work out of recording attendance, payment requests and reporting. It's all there, there is space for comments and safeguarding records too a track and trace system! Everything is accessible on the app as well, secure but accessible is a balance Coacha has struck just right.

" Very pleased "

We have been able to connect more with members and their parents and to reduce the use of paper based administration. Once we have started our 2nd year we expect our membership renewals to be massively easier than the prolonged headaches they were before using the system. The customer support we receive is excellent, friendly, personable and quick to respond. Features continue to be added and this presents us with a favourable experience for our members who likewise benefit as improvements are made.

This is a very well though out piece of membership management software for clubs. It's extremely quick to use and well presented. It carries out all of the tasks our previous system did and importantly made it easier to communicate with members. The tutorials were helpful and getting started couldn't have been easier.

" Amazing membership management software "

CoachA is an amazing product and we would be struggling without it. All our member records are now updated and we are now able to email certain membership groups within the club. We have over 40 juniors on our coaching program who are now setup on a monthly direct debit scheme. The amount of time we are saving on administration is huge. The app on the phone is brilliant as the Coaches now use this for the register and we are able to check membership status on mobile devices/ipad at any time. There is no need to chase for payments as CoachA does it all. Its one of the easiest products to use. Without CoachA our club would not be able to run smoothly.

This is a very hard question but to keep it simple all the features are brilliant. We managed to import all our membership database within a few hours. The hardest part was actually figuring out what information we did not want to migrate to CoachA. Our members simply logged in and then reviewed/updated their records. We had also uploaded our Rules and Constitution documents. When users logged in for the first time they were asked to confirm they have read these documents. Other key documents can also be stored. Stripe and GoCardless (2 payment methods) were setup very easily followed by subscriptions plans. Within a few hours we had invoiced all our members. The email functionality and the member groups feature was very easy to use. A history of all emails sent and any bounced email errors are also logged. The Club Sign Up Form was very easy to implement and we have now got rid of our paper membership forms as new prospective members only have to click on a link and then spend a few minutes completing the Sign Up Form. Our membership secretary is extremely happy as he no longer needs to manually enter details into a spreadsheet. Our members have not complained about the new system and new members have said the process to become a member is very easy. The APP is a key feature and very easy to use. Our coaches are using the App as there is a Register feature so that we know who has attended a session..

Management of our class sizes and membership fees has been a huge help. We can easily track who attends class and who has paid via the money management tab.
Since Covid19 restrictions have come into place, Coacha has been very beneficial to help keep on top on our class sizes and comply with government guidelines. The contact tracing tab is very useful , allowing us to select a member and have a very clear breakdown of when and who they took a class with in case of any Covid related queries.
The support we have received from the Coacha staff has been exceptional. Any query we have is answered promptly with clear instructions and a very friendly manner. Their customer service is absolutely top notch.

Then main benefits we have found so far are management of class times and schedules , invoicing our members via email , the ability to group members together based on our own defined categories and the contact tracing feature that has just been introduced.

" Terrific system to help manage our gymnastics club "

With nearly 60 individual classes every week, the ability to schedule our timetable and accurately allocate our gymnasts has been fantastic. This coupled with the ease we have been able to schedule our direct debits for the payment of club fees is going to make a huge difference to the effort in administering the club business. Until now we have relied on our gymnast's parents paying by standing order or ad-hoc bank transfer and this always involved checking up and chasing outstanding monies. Now we have a simple way to monitor and manage our income stream and the time saved is going to be enormous. The ability to group the gymnasts for more efficient club communications is also a huge benefit and now our gymnasts and parents can login to their own private account to sign up for competitions and extra tuition. It's going to completely do away with the need for forms which need to be printed, handed out then collected and collated. No more searching gym bags for missing or forgotten paperwork and money!!.

" Streamlined and efficient "

I worked out what our clubs membership fees should equate to over a year and before coacha the club was losing almost half of that money, due to cash going missing or coaches not chasing missing fees. With this software, the management committee can see instantly who is paying, who isn't and then take the relevant action. The money we will manage to reclaim will allow us to further develop our facilities and offer more back to the members.
Coacha is a godsend.

Where to start? First of all, the ease of use and simplicity of this software means even the non computer savvy user can easily work this software. The sign-up form contains all of the questions you need, and you can add more. The payment system was setup with ease, but we haven't actually taken any payments yet, but just from looking at how the setup works, it's going to be a timesaver for the clubs treasurer. All of my coaches have access to the details they need, and nothing more which keeps it even simpler for them. If you have a club that has membership fees and want to jump into the 21st century, then Coacha is exactly what you need.
