How do I make a new booking in the Pilates booking app?
Real simple: launch your Pilates booking software, and from the main menu on top, you will see a ‘New Booking’ option. Click on that, follow the on-screen instructions and you’re golden.

Does the Pilates booking software support recurring billing – both for myself and my clients?
It does, indeed! The Coacha Pilates booking software billing system works on a recurring basis (unless you switch it off from the options), so when it’s time to renew your monthly membership, the amount will automatically be deducted from your GoCardless account.
As for your clients, the subscription renewal date you set in your Pilates booking software is the date they will get billed each month. You also have the option to enable recurring billing on the same date. So, when it’s time for them to pay their fee, clients will get a notification through the Pilates booking software, after which the appropriate amount will be sent to you as soon as they pay. If you need a payment receipt, you can use the bespoke Member Portal in your Pilates booking software to download it.

If I want to cancel a session or studio activity, can your Pilates booking software help me with that?
Yes – in the event that you want to postpone or cancel a session, you can use the email or SMS feature of your Pilates booking system to let everyone know. You can send as many email and/or SMS notifications as you like.

Does the Pilates booking system support an unlimited number of emails and/or SMS messages? Are they free?
With emails, yes, you can send as many as you like through the Pilates booking system, and they don’t cost a penny. For SMS messages, you can still send an unlimited number each month but we do need to charge you between 4p and 5.5p, depending on the number of characters in the message. It’s a ridiculously low rate to begin with for sending text messages through a Pilates booking system – as low as any other Pilates booking system available online, in fact, lower than most!

I need help, I forgot my password to the Pilates booking system! What do I do?
You’ve nothing to worry about! All your data remains safe in the Coacha Pilates booking system until the next time you log in.
Simply open your Pilates management software, go to the top-right corner of the screen where it tells you to login. Under the login credentials fields, you’ll find ‘forgot password’. Just click on that link and your new login credentials will be sent to you within seconds.
While we’re talking about this, we recommend that you set a password that’s easy to remember but at the same time also includes a combination of letters, numbers and special characters. It’s best to write it down or save it in your phone for safekeeping.

Why isn’t the Pilates management software accepting my card payment?
Whilst Coacha itself works with all major credit and debit cards, you will need a Current Account to set up your payments to us here at Coacha for your subscription. If you’re still experiencing issues while trying to use your debit card with the Pilates management software, please make sure that:
- You have sufficient funds on the card(s).
- The CW number you entered is correct.
- You haven’t exceeded your card spending limit for the day.
- Your card has online recurring purchases enabled by your bank.
- Your card hasn’t expired.
- Double check to make sure your card is supported by the Pilates management software (so make sure it isn’t a Credit Card).
If all of the above are in the ‘negative’, then you may need to remove your card and add it again. With all of this said, you may still experience issues with your card while using the Pilates management software due to your provider’s online payment facility being temporary down. We apologise in advance if this is the case, as these circumstances are beyond our control.

When members subscribe (or when you start using Coacha), it will automatically send you or them reminders for upcoming payment dates, or even failed payments for that matter. If you’re using a free trial version of the Pilates scheduling software, it will automatically ask you to become a member. That’s the date your membership will begin.
So again – no need to worry about anything at all – payment schedules and the relevant reminders are all automated in our Pilates scheduling software, so that neither you nor your clients ever miss a payment.

When the free trial for your Pilates software expires, you will be asked to select a payment plan – so, in order to continue using Coacha, the fee will be collected in advance for each month.
