You can even manage your coaches’ timeslots by logging into your cricket club app, or you can let them manage it on their own. Here’s how it works:

The first thing you want to do is make sessions bookable in your cricket club app. Head to ‘Classes & Registers’ from the main menu and then choose ‘New Class/Event’. Fill out the necessary session info and select the checkbox ‘People can book onto this class’. You can also set a maximum sessions size to reflect the total number of players who can book onto a session at one time.

Now, click ‘Create’, but if you want to allow players to be able to book themselves by logging into their cricket club app, then choose ‘Add members’ instead.

How do players book a session with their favourite coach from their cricket money app?

This is really easy to do in your cricket money app, just like with everything else in Coacha!

Your players simply need to access the main Dashboard in their cricket money app and click on “Book a session with a coach”. Next, they need to choose from one of the available timeslots, pick a method to pay, and that’s it.

Which payment methods are available in my cricket money app?

Even though cricket money apps offer a variety of payment methods, we offer three methods all of which are really simple, easy and straightforward:

Can I assign specific coaches to conduct sessions players have booked onto?

Yes, you can, and it’s all very easy to set up in your cricket team management app:

Once you add a new session or event from ‘Class Settings’, you need to select a training/event venue from the dropdown – if you don’t see any, then you can create one on the go.

Now add one of your existing coaches to the session you just created by ticking the appropriate checkbox next to their name/profile. If you want to assign a newly hired coach who hasn’t been added to the cricket team management app yet, then navigate to ‘People’ from the main menu, then ‘Your Members’ and finally ‘Add New Staff’.

Just to double check, make sure, the ‘People can book onto this class’ option is on, in order to allow players to book onto the available sessions with their favourite coach by logging into their cricket management app.

What is the venue booking feature in my cricket management app and how does it work?

Venue bookings is a super-useful feature in your cricket management app, allowing players to book anything and everything (as long as you’ve made it available in the cricket management app) – from cricket equipment to cricket pitches to entire training grounds.

To find it in your cricket management app, go to ‘Club Settings’, and then look for ‘Venue Bookings’. Enable the feature and enter details about the venue: choose what should be bookable, give unique names to bookable items or venues, and choose a payment method.
